Our Grappling Fundamentals course is a BJJ, Judo introduction program for students with little or no experience in grappling.
Students learn basic ground and stand-up skills that will allow them to have success in the regular courses.
The skills of safe and efficient falling and ground movement are included. Each month of the 6-month course focuses on a different Judo throw and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu position. Each month also features self-defense techniques derived from the Judo, Aikido, and Gracie Self-Defense systems.
Mondays: 6:00 pm- 6:40 pm
Thursdays: 6:00 pm – 6:40 pm
Saturdays: 11:15 pm- 12:00 pm
Special Bonus! Once you have graduated from the Fundamentals class and are attending the regular classes then you can continue in the Fundamentals class for free.
Many of our students start their evening with Fundamentals and continue in the Judo or BJJ classes.
It’s a great way to warm up, practice your skills, and give back to new people just starting out.
